You decide how you would like the hotels to be listed, and which hotels
you would like to promote on your site. The first step in our process
is to determine if you desire to run our automated RFP system in order
to solicit bids for preferred hotels, which will offer special rates,
services and room availability to your guests. You have the option to
promote either (i) preferred hotel listings only; (ii) open market
listings only from our vast reservations network; or (iii) a hybrid of
both types of listings.
Our open market
hotel listings are only limited by the distance desired from your
venue, and they will default to listing in order of proximity from your
venue. However, by establishing direct contracts with preferred hotels,
we can manipulate the listings to present those select properties in
any priority order, and they will be highlighted through a number of
special design elements.
